We are the family who moved to California from Ukraine just a year ago. Adjusting to life in a new place, we began searching for a comforting piece of our homeland. When inviting new friends over, we always prepared Ukrainian dishes to showcase Ukrainian hospitality. Among our friends from different corners of the world, we noticed a high demand for our favorite varenyky (dumplings). We often brought them as a treat when visiting locals.
Seeing Californians amazed by the taste and warmth each bite brought, we decided to start our own business.
The choice of varenyky was obvious for us – firstly, our family originates from Poltava, known as the heartland of varenyky in Ukraine for many centuries. Additionally, it's a tasty and authentic dish that easily fits into the rhythms of American life. What makes them even more special is the ability to store them in your freezer, preparing a quick and delicious lunch or dinner whenever you crave.
The convenience of keeping varenyky on hand, without waiting for food delivery or spending time at the store, is what we aim to provide our customers. Once you decide to have our varenyky in your fridge, they will become an integral part of your daily life.
