There’s something magical about autumn evenings in Ventura County — when golden light settles over McGrath Family Farms and the community gathers to celebrate local harvests. This year, Ukrainian Flavors was honored to take part as guest chefs in Totally Local VC’s Farm-to-Fork Dinner Series, joining a team led by Chef Tim Kilcoyne and Pastry Chef Anastashia Chavez.
The event brought together farmers, chefs, and neighbors for a night of great food and local pride. Hosted at the historic McGrath Family Farm, the dinner celebrated Ventura’s agricultural heritage and the bond between land, grower, and community.
For us at Ukrainian Flavors, it was a joy to share the table with so many talented local creators and to contribute to a meal that truly reflected the heart of Ventura County — fresh, local, and made with love.
