Discover a cherished Ukrainian Christmas tradition with our Vushka (Ushka) — delicate mini dumplings traditionally served in hot mushroom broth or borscht during the holiday season.

Each batch is handcrafted following our special recipe:
70% sautéed mushrooms + 30% creamy potato mash, creating a rich, earthy, perfectly balanced filling wrapped in thin, tender dough.

These vushka are made in small seasonal batches and available only in December.

How to Cook

Boil (recommended):

1. Bring salted water to a gentle boil.
2. Add frozen vushka — no need to thaw.
3. Cook for 4–6 minutes, until they float and the dough is tender.
4. Serve traditionally in Christmas borscht or enjoy with butter and herbs.

Pan-sauté (optional):
After boiling, lightly sauté in butter for extra flavor.
